Maintenance Administrator

My well-known client requires an Administrator to help them on a full-time basis Mon-Fri 9am-5pm £9.21 p/ a temp to perm role for 3 years.

The role is based in Rhosymedre, Wales, LL14

The role mainly involves supporting supervisors, maintenance planning and other general admin duties.

Responsibilities

? Answer and direct phone calls
? Organize and schedule appointments
? Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
? Write and distribute emails and letters
? Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
? Develop and maintain a filing system
? Support the Regional Directors in maintaining relevant policies and procedures
? Maintain contact lists
? Book l travel arrangements (occasional)
? Submit and reconcile expense reports
? Provide general support to visitors
? Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients

Requirements

? Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office admin assistant or PA
? Experience of housing maintenance planning
? Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
? Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
? Ability to learn new IT packages
? Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
? Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
