Registered Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a client for a Permanent Care Manager to lead a registered service in the High Wycombe area.

This is a great opportunity for a current Registered Care Branch Manager who is looking for a new challenge.

This will be to set up a new Home Care service which provides care and support to those within their own home who may be elderly or living with Dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

? Responsible for staff including motivating, staff development, performance management procedures and recruitment requirements
? Develop and grow the business and bring in more hours/clients
? Financial Management and ensuring budgets are controlled in line with policies and requirements
? Effective planning and organisation of day to day management to ensure a smooth running
? Work with external agencies and increase referrals/placements building relationships and networks with stakeholders and other professionals within the area
? Ensure all CQC and company requirements are met and adhered to

Job Type / Category

You will be responsible for providing leadership and management to the staff and the successful running of the service.

As a manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and help achieve a person-centred support working together with the Area Manager to ensure all staff delivery high-quality services.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

? Registered Manager Award or similar
? Qualifications within Health and Social Care
? Management experience is essential within a Home Care background
? Passionate about the delivery of high-quality care
? Good organisational/planning and excellent communication skills
? Experience of working with targets
? Ability to manage teams through growth
