Administrator / Call Handler

A busy contact Orpington, Kent, requires an Administrator / Call Handler on a part time basis until September

You will ideally have maintenance experience and must be immediately available with a background within a call centre/contact centre environment.

This role will involve:

? Answering repairs queries and redirecting calls
? Ensure that complaints are dealt with appropriately
? Ensure that labour resourcing is always updated that contains all the relevant contact details for their appropriate area
? Answer all telephone calls both internally and externally in a professional and timely manner ensuring that all messages are returned appropriately
? Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that are deemed required by the business in supporting the daily operation of the contract.
? Record Engineer/Supervisor Holiday records
? Raising of Quotes in the relevant system
? Manage Reactive Work Order requests through telephone and email
? Performing call backs
? Working closely with the Incomes team to chase arrears
? Dealing with a multi- channel contact centre
? Answering a high volume of calls

Please apply to this role IF:

? You are a competent Customer Service Advisor who could go in and pick things up right away
? Must have previous experience of call centre or call logging systems
? You have a good knowledge of housing
? You have great team morale

Hours are - Thursdays 5pm-10pm, Fridays 5pm-10pm, Saturdays 3pm-10pm, Sundays 3pm-10pm.

(Sundays are alternate weeks only)
