Project Coordinator Administrator

My client requires a Project coordinator Administrator for general administration duties.

This will include updating of spreadsheets and databases and will require good communications skills via email and telephone.

This is a full-time temporary position until July 2019 (Open to extension) Paying £8.50 per hour in Leeds LS15.

Main Duties

? Maintain the integrity of the various reporting systems (MiWorld, Excel, Merlin, Vision FM etc.) and ensure the data is robust and fit for reporting purposes.
? Support Project Managers/Supervisors in facilitating the delivery of timely project documentation.
? Assist Project Managers/Supervisors with updating the project tracker form through the life of projects.
? Administration of project documentation including engineering schedules such as asset lists and technical drawings.
? Provide day to day operational project support to enable financial control.
? Undertake property alignment checks and update MiWorld accordingly.
? Inputting hours and processing timesheets
? Support the Project Managers/Supervisors by attending meetings/conference calls, take/produce minutes etc.
? Collate, monitor and record annual leave and sickness records
? Assist programme managers in all duties to ensure smooth running of programmes
? To attend and fully participate in training and appraisal activities as required
? Provide cover for other team members as needed / requested by the Head of Capital Projects.



Person Specification

? Customer care/relationship building skills.
? Holds relevant professional qualifications / certificates (e.g.

Microsoft or equivalent) or has relevant administrative experience.
? Has experience in a services / facilities management business.
? Able to communicate & present reports clearly & professionally.
? Proactive, able to work independently & as part of a team.
? Well organized, with an eye for detail, able to meet deadlines.
