Chef de Partie

Set in majestic buildings this luxury property boasts an extensive conference facilities, a choice of stylish dining outlets, spacious majestic bedrooms and a lavish spa.
This beautiful, stylish award winning Hotel is looking for an ambitious Chef de Partie to join their large brigade working with a highly talented Head Chef.

This establishment has 3 restaurants all offering an innovative cuisine using fresh, simple products.
As a Chef de Partie you will be working in the Main Kitchen which has been awarded 3AA Rosettes.

You should be able to maintain the high standards of this fantastic establishment.

The successful applicant will be producing food to the highest of standards so previous work in a Rosette property would be an advantage but you will also receive ongoing training.

This is an amazing opportunity for a Chef de Partie with real ambition and determination.
Required for this Chef de Partie position:-

? NVQ levels 2 & 3 and Food Hygiene Certification
? Experience working in a Professional kitchen
? Hotel or Restaurant background
? A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
? Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
