The hotel is set within 25+ acres of Parkland and offers Lunch and Dinner services, Conferences and Banqueting as well as a fully running Spa.
The venue is very popular with locals and visitor from far and wide.
The talented kitchen team create delicious dishes with complex flavours using only local produced products.
The contemporary and elegant hotel has a restaurant which offers a pleasant dining experience, with outstanding and creative menus.
Required for this Sous Chef position:-
? Hardworking and dedicated individual who has an ability and passion to learn and develop
? Experience working in a Management role, able to motivate and run a kitchen in Head Chefs absence
? Experienced in using fresh ingredients, in a busy high volume establishment
? Educated to NVQ 2&3 or equivalent and Food Hygiene Certificate
? A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
? Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
