The hotel is a high quality venue, boasting a 2 AA Rosettes.
The Head Chef is well known for sourcing only the finest of ingredients and creating an imaginative and individual style of cuisine.
In this way the menus replicate all the qualities of classical cuisine, whilst complementing the dishes with a modern style.
As Chef de Partie you will be preparing top class cuisine/dishes using fresh local ingredients.
Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to oversee the running the restaurant to include freshness of ingredients and ensure Mis En Place is ready for service.

Requirements for this Chef De Partie position:-
? NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
? Food Hygiene Certifications
? Good written and spoken English
? A flexible attitude
? Restaurant or Hotel Background
? Good Communication skills
? Good Team Player
? A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
? Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
