My client are an industry leader within the Mailing Equipment industry, Covering a number of contracts throughout the Loughborough

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Loughborough area for an experienced Mailing Equipment Engineer.

To deliver engineering site based service support to customers, working on document processing equipment including high-speed inserting machines, mail sortation equipment, and peripheral devices.

Support the Senior Customer Service Engineer with day-to-day service activities including breakdowns, planned maintenance and other service related duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Duties

, Deal with machine breakdown effectively as well as carrying out the duties associated with a structured preventative maintenance policy

, Repairs and maintenance of production mailing machinery, including PLC controlled machinery

, Actively participate in fault-finding/re-engineering of plant and equipment to ensure a continuous improvement of all operations

, Ensure all administration requirements are fulfilled and all Service procedures followed including timely submission of time sheets, expense and overtime claims.

, Work alongside other engineers to support the SCSE and ensure adequate resource is available to meet required manning levels.

, Manage stock and associated cost effectively


The Customer Service Engineer will:

You must have a history within the Mailing Equipment engineering industry to apply for this position

The shift patterns are:

11pm - 7am / 7am - 3pm / 3pm -11pm commencing Sunday 3pm through to Friday 11pm


My client are paying an excellent salary and package, You will be on an yearly pay which will be £28,000 and will depend on experience, You will also receive full training, Company Van, Pension, Health Care, Mobile phone and Laptop
