Pinpoint recruitment are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Support workers to work in our supported living and residential services across the following areas:

West Bromwich






We are seeking carers who are compassionate, caring and dedicated to make a differences to the lives of clients.

A competitive salary is on offer.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have the following skills which are an essential part of this role:

o 6-month previous care experience

o Physical intervention experience

o A current DBS (preferably on the Update service)

o Experience working with clients with challenging behaviour

o Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

o A positive "can-do" attitude
