My client are an industry leader within the Fire and Security industry, Covering a number of contracts throughout the Harrow

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the Harrow are for an experienced Project Coordinator

Main responsibilities:

,Main point of contact for incoming sales enquires for new installation
,Allocation of enquiries to BDMS
,Liaise with BDMs to ensure that new sales enquiries are properly followed up in a timely manner
,Where required booking site surveys for BDMs and Technical engineer
,Logging and tracking of customer quotation requests, ensuring quotes and tenders are issued within specified deadlines.

,Preparation of and delivery of new business proposals.

This will involve writing some or all of the narrative
,Uploading ‘attachments' to jobs
,Day to day management of quote bank ensuring that status is properly updated based on direct communication with customers and feedback from BDMs.

,Management and supervision of ‘small works' sales person
,Liaison with Finance department to produce pipeline and new business reports
,Organisation of monthly sales team meeting
,Proactive follow up of sales quotations to maximise the percentage converted to orders.

,Cross selling the company's products and services wherever possible
,Supporting/working within quality initiatives such as NSI Gold, ISO 9001:2008
,To ensure that duties are undertaken with due regards and compliance with the Data Protection Act and other legislation.

,To carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with Health and Safety Policy and relevant Health and Safety legislation.


,Integral part of new business process and will directly influence delivery of sales targets
,Maintain and develop our market reputation in the residential sector
,Maintain and improve relationships with new and existing clients


,Customers - M&E Contractors, Consultants, Managing Agents, Property Managers, On site Concierge, Directors of Residents' management companies
,CEO, BDMs, Installation Manager, Operations support manager, Small works and
Installations coordinator



A good standard of general education, minimum A level standard, or equivalent NVQ, ideally with Degree.

High standard of written English required.

Training in communication, customer service and business development would be useful.


A proven track record in a similar role working in a team and closely with potential customers and end users, preferably in the same or closely related business by end user.

The successful candidate will be an experienced communicator, able to articulate well both written and oral, professional, courteous, and have excellent administration skills.


, Sector and product knowledge would be useful.

Candidates will have good understanding of the ‘sales process' and will ideally have attended one or a number of recognised technical sales training courses.

Candidate will also require some technical aptitude.

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite in particular ‘Outlook', Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

My client are paying an excellent salary £28,000-£33,000 which will be negotiated at interview stage and will depend on experience, You will also receive full training, Pension, Health Care
