Customer Service Advisor

WORKING FROM HOME Around Postcodes PH, KY, DD1. 

Blendly.co.uk are a commercial coffee roaster and they are looking for wide-eyed coffee lovers with knowledge and a love of coffee.

You will know the difference between a Robusta and Jamaican blue mountain, the difference between an iPhone and an espresso machine.

You will have a favourite cup of Java. 

This is a part time, home based Customer Service Advisor role.  You will have a sparkling telephone manner, be comfortable selling and have a natural personality that ensures trust and the ability to build relationships. 

 

The role:

  • Phoning new and existing customers

  • Dealing with customer enquiries and orders

  • Management of CRM system

  • This is very much a new business focussed role

 

You will:

Be an all-round Customer Service Advisor with great written and verbal skills with an understanding of modern digital communication and ecommerce 

Be a natural problem solver and good with detail.

Understand the importance of quality systems in business,

Be a natural communicator with a professional phone manner 

Quickly understand and help customers identify and purchase the correct products.

 

You will:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

Develop and understand good process and procedure 

Liaise with customers and partners in the UK and Overseas Ascertain customers’ needs and wants and develop solutions 

Have great communication skills

Assimilate information quickly about people and places

Keep up to date with product information and ongoing promotions as well as contribute to them on an ongoing basis 

Accurately describe product features and benefits and there advantage 

Be interested in food and culture 

Be able to work regular fixed hours 

Good numeracy skills  

 

 

You will have:

A proven working experience in a customer-focused sales

A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 

Proficient in English both verbal and written

A track record of achieving sales quota and working to time scales 

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Be friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

Advanced administration skills 

Access to transport with a clean driving license

Contracted Hours to Be confirmed based around a part-time basis and contract type to be advised (
