Customer Delivery analyst-Graduate analyst -graduate - Helpdesk Agent - IT Support with Microsoft Products , Windows and Office 365, Sharepoint , Dynamics CRM, Active Directory and web based applications skills is required for a leading global company based close to Guildford, Surrey paying up to £20,000.

Customer Delivery analyst-Graduate analyst - Helpdesk Agent - IT Support will be joining a team who will be logging incidents for global customers and contacting delivery desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Logging incidents for global customers contacting the delivery desk

  • Ownership of qualifying, troubleshooting, coordinating and updating logged cases to closure within specified service level's (SLA)

  • Supporting customer POC and on boarding activities

  • Delivery of training to end users of the product

Key skills required

  • Organized with a strong focus on deadlines, accuracy and timely delivery

  • I.T literate particularly around products like Microsoft Windows, Office, Excel, Intranets and business applications

  • Good troubleshooting skills

  • High Energy with a confident, engaging and customer focused approach

My client are a global organisation who are looking to reward this Customer Delivery Analyst with a salary of up to £20,000 + Benefits.

Due to the shift pattern you will need to drive as the shifts are to cover 7am-4pm and 10am-7pm.

This role is based Close to Guildford and my client is looking for a customer focused Delivery Analyst who can provide first class support , must have an excellent telephone manner and good written English skills
