HR Administrator

HR Administrator - Saffron Walden, near Cambridge

Salary: £18,000 - £25,000 on experience

An excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join a busy Human Resources department within an established technology consultancy company.

The Role

You will be working within a small team, providing support to the HR Manager and carrying out a range of HR related activities.

Training, professional development and all the support you need to do a great job is provided.

This is a newly created position so presents a great opportunity to make the role your own and expand your responsibilities over time.

Key responsibilities

? Administration of a wide range of HR related activities
? Assisting with and administering the recruitment process
? Arranging staff training and tracking staff induction progress
? Supporting the HR Manager
? Maintaining the HR database
? Maintain strict confidentiality at all times in line with company policy and procedures
? Carrying out security checks on new starters


? Previous experience working in HR or with HR duties
? Minimum 5 GCSEs or equivalent at grade C or above including English and Maths
? CIPD qualification minimum Level 3
? Able to work both independently and as part of a small team
