SRGEurope has been appointed to recruit a Customer Operations Executive to join a high profile and fast growing company in Gibraltar.

Our client is dynamic, creative, and has an incredibly talented work force.



Customer Operations Executive Responsibilities:




  • Store winning details as soon as available on official sources

  • Verify winning information, evaluate draw

  • Assign prizes in all currencies

  • Release bigger winnings, close draw and renew subscriptions

  • To deal with the suspicious process in our games (in-game fraud) or in mobile payment transactions (mobile fraud)

  • Identify, investigate and analyse suspicious activities, abnormalities and patterns

  • Assisting the Customer Service Team with their queries

  • Deal with other tasks as assigned by the Operation TL, Operation Manager and/or COO

  • To assist with all aspects of player verification as part of the KYC process



Customer Operations Executive Experience:





  • Minimum 3 years' work in Online Gambling

  • English language

  • Risk and Fraud background

  • Understanding of Fraud, Payments and Transactional processes

  • Attention to detail

  • Analytical minded, able to work with numbers and processes

  • Good Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook skills

  • Ability to work flexibly (Shifts and weekends)

  • Additional languages (spoken)
