Sous Chef

This luxury boutique hotel, based in Cambridge, is looking for an ambitious Sous Chef to join their talented, award winning kitchen brigade.
This multi award winning hotel boasts a 2 AA rosette restaurant and are looking for an individual who is standards driven and can maintain and surpass the reputation it currently holds.

You would be working closely with the Head Chef in order to keep the hotel moving forward.
The contemporary and elegant restaurant offers a delightful dining experience along with outstanding and creative menus.

The restaurant attracts a diverse crowd of foodies all eager to experience the culinary delights on offer.

All dishes are made with fresh produce which is locally sourced and prepared with love.
The shift pattern is a mixture of early, late, middle and splits.
Competitive salary £24,000 - £27,000 DOE
Gratuities on top of salary

Qualifications/Experience required:
NVQ Level 1 & 2 or equivalent
Full understanding of Food Safety and Hygiene
Previous experience as Sous Chef
Past experience in a rosette accredited property
must be well presented
Have strong leadership skills
