Purpose and Summary of Job
The Administrator will support the College with a number of administrative functions, providing a high quality customer centred service, with a professional approach.

The job is shared across Administrators with split responsibilities agreed within the team and with the Support Service Manager.

The Administrator will ensure that monthly routines are adhered to and deadlines are met.

Reception duties and support for the wider administration team will also form a large part of this role.
The College's Reception is a focal point for visitors, general enquiries, switchboard and postal services.

The Reception desk is manned between 8.30 am to 16.30 pm Monday to Friday during term time.
The Administrator will need to be friendly, enthusiastic, well organised, possess good IT skills and to enjoy working as part of a team.

A willing and flexible attitude is essential, as the role involves managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

? Reception : maintaining a professional and security focus to all entering the site.

This will include the operation of the College telephone console and site entry systems.

Ensure all literature is up-to-date and that the presentation is suitable for the environment.
? Administration : to develop, maintain and provide administration to all of our systems and processes as directed by the Support Service Manager.

Provide support to our internal customers (local teams) and external partners (Finance, HR, Estates, Clinical etc) as necessary
? Co-ordination : to co-ordinate and manage the electronic room and vehicle(s) booking systems.

Processing all of the incoming and outgoing post.
? Procurement : process purchases as directed.

Monitor and replenish all consumables (i.e.

stationary etc) to ensure adequate stores are maintained.
