Cleaners

Our client requires an estate caretaker to look after housing association & social housing communal areas.

? Undertaking general caretaking duties, reactive cleaning, general maintenance, working in all weathers (litter picking, leaf removal).
? Carry out any other duties that may be applicable to the position of a Multi-site cleaner
? Complete vacuuming cleaning of communal areas and polishing/dusting of woodwork and balustrades.
? Full UK Driving Licence preferred
