1st Line Support Engineer - Support Engineer - IT Support Engineer - 1st Line Helpdesk - Technical Support - Desktop Support - Helpdesk - Service Desk Analyst - Tickets £25,000 - £27,000 pa + Excellent Company Benefits required by a leading and established IT Support Company based in the Bexley, Kent.


My client is actively seeking a 1st Line - Technical Support Engineer - IT Support Engineer who is bright, confident and resourceful with has a passion for technology.


Responsibilities:



  • 1st Line Support Engineer will deal with clients at all levels, providing 1st line support investigation

  • Provide a high level of customer service and supporting Networks, PC's, Mac's and Mobile Devices

  • Actively provide innovative ideas and suggestions for improving work practices


Skills:



  • IT Support Engineer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Windows Desktop Support

  • Exposure to Active Directory including a good understanding of DNS and TCP/IP
