Service Delivery Manager - ITIL
Service Delivery Manager - ITIL - WEST LONDON - £45,000 - £48,000 + Benefits + Annual Bonus - Are you a dedicated proactive Service Delivery Manager? As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for a select few nominated IT managed services customers and will ensure that the contracted scope of service is delivered effectively and efficiently within budget.
Key skills and experience:
- Working with the Head of Operations & Technical Director, and other teams to ensure standards are met and maintained and policies are adhered to within the operations & service management department.
- Primary Service Delivery contact for managed services clients - estimated 10 clients.
- Provide an escalation point for clients relating to operational and service delivery matters.
- Service prioritisation where conflicting demands on resources.
- Define, implement and maintain Service Delivery processes, procedures and documentation.
- Ensuring SLAs/KPI's are managed and achieved across the business.
- Providing clients with monthly and contractual performance reporting.
- Identify areas for Service Management improvement (continual improvement program).
- Supplier & vendor management relating to the delivery of client services.
- Work with PM's & Engineering teams to ensure adequate service transition in the project delivery process.
- Technical IT infrastructure experience.
- Hands-on, pro-active approach to Service Management.
- Third-party supplier management.
- Report generation and statistical analysis.
- ISO27001, 9001 & 20000 experience.
- ITIL V3 Expert/ V2 Manager.
If you have a track record of managing multiple and conflicting priorities, delivering success in a similar role within an IT or professional services business, strongly client-focused and understands, delivering high standards of client/customer service and knows how to delight a customer in a commercial context.
