My client is a centrally based in London and that requires the services of someone who could initially come in as Assistant Restaurant Manager with the plan of stepping up into the Restaurant Managers role after a period of training.

This is not your typical restaurant due to the concept of where diners eat in complete darkness.

Because of this "dining in the dark" concept the Assistant Restaurant Manager / Restaurant Manager will have a multitude of responsibilities from acting as host, to coordinating staff, to working the floor and bar, training etc.

Ultimately you will be responsible to ensure the whole experience runs smoothly for guests.

This role also requires someone who has the ability to work with and manage staff who may have different sensory impairments (blind and deaf).

You will also be committed in learning BSL (British Sign Language) as part of your role.
