Business Development Manager - Farnborough

Salary: 38,000 OTE £65-70,000

They offer a range of security services covering home, commercial and travel to high profile clients.

The Role

New Business Development role focussing on the technical and physical aspect of security services covering Surrey and London.

The role will involve achieving growth of the business by hitting sales targets.

Role Responsibilities:

? Achieve growth of the business by hitting sales targets as outlined below.
? Implement the annual sales plan as directed by the SMT.
? Prospect for new clients by cold calling, networking, use of databases
? Build a pipeline of potential new business opportunities.

Ensure these are prospected accordingly to maximise the chance of winning the business.
? CRM management of all sales opportunities in order to produce feedback for the weekly sales meeting.
? Provide weekly sales data to the Sales Administrator for management reporting.
? Prepare a weekly plan for the sales meeting detailing outlining proposed activity for the forthcoming week.
? Support the Operations Team during initial contract roll out, ensuring a smooth deployment of new customers.
? Expand the current customer base with a focus on direct business.
? Identify merging markets and assist in the development of a plan to target these.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience selling physical and technical security solutions and will be self-motivated, ambitious and target driven in their approach.

A car allowance/car will be provided and company pension, perkbox, laptop, phone and 20 days holiday.
