Web Apps Support Analyst / Helpdesk (Web Solutions) - Software House - Newbury

£20,000pa Neg

We are looking for an Applications Support / Helpdesk Support person on behalf of a Web Solutions Company (Intranet & Extranet solutions) based in Newbury.

You will be responsible for providing telephone and email support to the company's customers using their helpdesk system, working within an SLA environment, via remote connections.

Full training in the product set and related technologies will be given.

The solution is built with a .NET front end and a SQL Server backend.

We are looking for individuals who are able to offer:

? Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written
? Good problem identification and analysis skills
? Some experience with web-based technologies which may include HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Scripting and possibly some .NET experience
? Key is the ambition to expand and further your technical knowledge through ongoing training both on the job and in your own time
? Ability to work under pressure
? Ability to prioritise tasks
? Be self-motivated and able to work equally well as part of a team or on your own initiative

This role would suit an IT/IS graduate with 12+ months commercial experience, or equivalent.
