This Stunning Country House Hotel and Golf Club located in the beautiful countryside of Gloucestershire are seeking a talented Pastry Chef to help the team in producing indulgent ranges of delicate desserts, cakes and other sweet creations for the whole hotel.
As Pastry chef you will be producing dishes for all outlets, from large-scale conferences and events to inspired mini-desserts for the restaurant and afternoon tea pastries both classic and contemporary.

The successful applicant will be producing food to the highest of standards so previous work in a Rosette property would be an advantage but you will also receive ongoing training.

The hotel has over 50 rooms and hosts an Award Winning restaurant, extensive conference and banqueting and fantastic leisure and Spa facilities.

All of the exquisite food is home cooked using only locally sourced ingredients.
Requirements for this Chef De Partie position:-

? NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent
? Food Hygiene Certifications
? Good written and spoken English
? A flexible attitude
? Restaurant or Hotel Background
? Good Communication skills
? Good Team Player
? A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
? Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
