Junior Sous Chef

This beautiful Inn with 20+ Rooms in the gorgeous Village of Derbyshire is looking for a reliable, passionate and creative Junior Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen brigade working at the Inn and their Sister Company.
The Venues prides themselves on imaginative menu providing a delicious combination of fresh seasonal produce sourced from local ingredients.
As Junior Sous Chef you would be expected to take responsibility within the kitchen and assist the Head Chef run and maintain standards and efficiency within the team.

Duties will also include being responsible for kitchen staff management, food preparation and management of kitchen hygiene and food storage.
This is a great opportunity for a Junior Sous Chef to develop your career and gain a range of cuisines and styles amongst the clients Inn and Sister Company.
Required for this Junior Sous Chef position:-

? NVQ levels 2 & 3 and Food Hygiene Certification
? Experience working in a Professional kitchen
? Hotel or Restaurant background
? A real passion for the Industry & and eye for detail
? Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
