Pastry Chef

This recently refurbished Suffolk Hotel, with award winning restaurant, are looking for a creative Pastry Chef with flair and an eye for detail to join their existing kitchen team.

This hotel and restaturant is near to beautiful coastline and offers guests and customers the option to dine within their restaurant and bistro, as well as offering afternoon teas, private dining and functions with a variety of choice and outstanding food.
The Exec Chef and his talented team have a great relationship with local farmers, fishermen and suppliers to ensure their menus are fresh, seasonal and locally-sourced.

The menu offers traditional favourites as well as a range of contemporary dishes to choose from.
With the restaurant having 2AA rosettes, it would be a fantastic opportunity to work within this award winning kitchen.

As Pastry Chef you will need:

? To have clear talent and passion
? You will adhere to the high standards that this property is well known for whilst working effectively as a team
? You will ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest of quality
? You will help enable the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service

Requirements of this Pastry Chef position:

? Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 or equivilent
? Experience of working within a similar property
? Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
? Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
