Senior Chef de Partie

This characterful NORFOLK Townhouse HOTEL is looking for an experienced and passionate CHEF DE PARTIE to join their kitchen team.
The menu offers modern brasserie food, using only quality fresh ingredients and takes advantage of produce and ingredients from within the area.The elegant yet cosy Bar/Lounge area serves throughout the day light bites, afternoon teas and evening meals.

They also have a number of private rooms available for meetings and conferences, private dinners, parties and weddings, large or small, and can tailor catering to suit.
As Chef de Partie your role will be to share your knowledge and passion for cooking with your team whilst creating dishes and cuisine to high standards using fresh, seasonal, local produce and ingredients for guests and customers to enjoy.
Main Duties of this Chef de Partie opportunity are:

? Plan and oversee the running of your section
? Follow and comply with all health and hygiene standards
? Supervise and help lead jnr chefs
? Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen section and ensures maximum utilization of food
? Participate in food production
? Conduct daily food line inspections in section to ensure quality is maintained

Requirements for this Chef de Partie role are:

? Ideally NVQ levels 2&3
? Experience working in a high end or AA Rosette establishment
? Hotel or Restaurant background
? Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
? Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
