Chef de Partie

This Stylish and Elegant Suffolk Restaurant and small Hotel is looking for a creative and dedicated Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.
This small historic and charming yet contemporary 10+ boutique property has a relaxed all day menu to cater for all customers taste.

All of the dishes are created and produced by a talented and pasionate team of chefs using fresh seasonal ingredients.
As Chef de partie you will be responsible for all dishes prepared in your section.

You will use fresh ingredients to create high quality dishes.

You must be hardworking and passionate about the food industry.
Duties as Chef de Partie include:

? Maintain the high standards the property currently holds
? Check deliveries
? Ensure stock is rotated
? Keep wastage to a minimum
? Liase with the Head Chef/Sous Chef to implement new menu/dishes

Experience and Qualifications required for this Chef de Partie:

? Be able to work independantly and part of a team
? Remain calm under pressure
? Have previous experience as Chef de Partie
? Have previous experience as Chef de Partie within a rosette accredited property
? NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent
