They are looking for a conference and banqueting chef with a good attitude, and applicants should display drive and determination to succeed.

As conference and banqueting chef you will lead the kitchen for events and oversee the bistro and bar.

As conference and banqueting chef you will:

? Prepare food on time, consistently and accurately
? Train and develop junior members of the team
? Be involved in the development of menus
? Manage and maintain a clean, safe working environment
