This beautiful Derbyshire Country House Hotel set within the picturesquePeak Districtis looking fora passionateChef de Patie with previous rosette experience to join the professional kitchen brigade to serve high end dishes to guests and customers.

This 50+ luxurious hotel with highly regarded Restaurant within the area incorporates the finest seasonal ingredients carefully sourced from local suppliers in and around the Derbyshire area.Our Clientsinnovative dishes are inspired by the fresh ingredients their suppliers provide throughout each season and complemented by the fresh vegetables and herbs grown withinthe hotel's grounds.

As Chef de Partie you will be an integral part of the team creating dishes and working to and maintaining the high standards already in place.

Main Duties of this Chef de Partie opportunity are:

? Plan and oversee day-to-day running of your section to meet service requirements
? Follow all health and hygiene standards
? Take orders from the Sous Chef and give tasks to jnr Chefs and check that they are carried out in the correct manner
? Maintain a clean and efficient kitchen section
? Participate in food production.

Portions meats, fish, vegetables and desserts
? Conduct daily food line inspections to ensure quality is maintained

Requirements for this Chef de Partie role are:

? Ideally NVQ levels 2&3
? Experience working in a AA Rosette establishment
? Hotel or Restaurant background
? Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
? Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
? COSHH knowledge
? Good verbal and written English
