Duration: Twelve Months fixed term contract
Hours of working: Full time - 36.5 hours per week
Salary Range: From £24,413 to £26,662 per annum with a 16 week probationary period.

What's the job?
This is an exciting opportunity to drive the HR goals for Warwick SU, delivering high standards of service within a business partnership environment to Directors and Department Managers.
You will be either leading on, or supporting the HR Director and the HR Team, in delivering a range of cross-organisation HR transformational projects driving positive change and operational efficiency.
You will also be providing departmental administrative support, particularly in recruitment and selection and high risk employee relations casework.
To do this, you will work closely with the HR Director, HR Advisers, Senior Managers, Payroll and Pensions Coordinator, Training Providers, IT System Suppliers, and External Agencies.
Who you are
The successful candidate will be a developing HR professional ideally CIPD qualified, or working towards the qualification, who is looking to develop skills and knowledge across the full employee lifecycle in a fast moving, ever-changing organisation.
You will have some experience in some, or all of the following: resourcing, recruitment, training and development, employee reward, employee relations, absence management, performance management and HR systems.
It is essential that you can demonstrate a passion for diversity and inclusion as well as delivering a high level of professional service.
You must be able to work independently and use your own initiative.
You will have a strong eye for detail, and strong planning and organisational skills.
You will be credible, professional and calm, able to deliver to deadlines, present to all levels and show a commitment to improving an already people-focused organisation.
It is important that you have the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality.
You must be able to communicate exceptionally well in every form.
