Location: Sheffield (Meadowhall)
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday) (Fixed Term contract till December 2020)
Salary: £18,770

The Job
, To learn and assist with the delivery of the First for Employment service including:
, preparation of contracts and staff handbook documents
, Provide assistance and template documentation to First for Employment clients
, To support clients with the use of the First for Employment, First for Contractors and First for Holiday software applications
, Assist the EL Direct Consultant, Sales and Retention teams with customer service support and client retention
, Ensure Contact Management data is complete and up to date
, Maintain a positive attitude and promote company values whilst displaying the mark of the organisation
, To comply with internal processes and procedures in line with the data protection act
, To report to the Team Leader / Head of Department
, Any reasonable request from a Director


Secondary Duties
, Whilst carrying out main duties and responsibilities, identify additional income opportunities for self and EL Direct Ltd in general.

Where appropriate create ongoing relationships with customers leading to suitable products & services being sold


The Person
Successful candidates will ideally have some knowledge or an interest in HR and employment law… with a strong customer service or Administration background, however if you don't, don't worry! We look for people with the right behaviours and a keen willingness to learn, so if you are enthusiastic and want to do well, then we will provide you with the tools and training to be the best you can be!


You will be an excellent communicator with a flawless telephone manner and be a team player with the ability to shine as an individual.
