Qualifications& Experience required for this Chef de Partie role are:
The ideal candidate will have fine dining experience, preferably with rosette background.

As Chef de Partie you should be a highly motivated individual that sets themselves high standards.
With a stable CV you should be able to prove that you have commitment, passion and be able to provide excellent references.
All candidates must possess NVQ level 1 and 2, with at least 2 years good experience in the industry.

Basic food hygiene certificate is also essential.
