This 10+ boutique hotel caters for high end dining guests, a more relaxed informal area for customers, weddings and glamorous private functions throughout the year using fresh, seasonal, local ingredients.

This is a very exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie and to be part of an award winning team.

Our Client is looking for a passionate, ambitious individual to provide a fun and stylish service.

They are looking for a Chef de Partie with a good attitude, and applicants should display drive and determination to succeed, the correct applicant should haveexperience of working within a 2 rosette property.

Working alongside experienced and award winning senior chefs, you will be expected to work on different sections of the kitchen and show a willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

Further on going training will be given to help furtherdevelop the successful Chef de parties skills.

As Chef de Partie you will:

? Prepare food on time, consistently and accurately
? Train and develop junior members of the team
? Be involved in the development of menus
? Manage and maintain a clean, safe working environment
? Be involved in stock control and orders
