Chef De Partie

This stylish and luxurious hotel is looking for an experienced Chef De Partie.
The hotel pride themselves on usingthe best of local produce in the heart of the Norfolk countryside.

You will be helping create a variety of seasonal and hearty flavours.
The ideal Chef de Partie must have enthusiasm and have creative flair in the kitchen.

The position will require an applicant with proven experience and a stable CV.
The duties of the Chef de Partie position will include:

? Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
? Monitoring stock
? Working to a high standard at all times
? Supporting daily operations

Qualifications/Requirements for this Chef de Partie position are:

? Ideally NVQ levels 2&3
? Hotel or Restaurant background
? Good knowledge of cooking techniques and styles
? Good understanding of food, hygiene and safety
