Chef de Partie.

This historic Hertfordshire award winning AA Rosette Hotel & Restaurant with luxurious decor to suit set within over 30 acres of beautiful woodland and grounds is looking for an experienced and hardworking Chef de Partie with creativity and flair to join their professional kitchen team.

Our Client offers exceptional dining and surroundings using only quality ingredients sourced locally and from their own kitchen gardens.

Their menu has a modern outlook on classical food with a commitment to quality ingredients and depth of flavour.

Main Duties of this Chef de Partie role are:

? Plan and oversee day to day running of your section
? Maintain a high level of hygiene standards
? Take orders from snr Chef/s and delegate tasks to more jnr members of the team
? Conduct daily line inspections to ensure quality is maintained

The ideal candidate must be experienced in a similar high quality AA Rosette establishment, with a willing to learn and work hard.
