This stunning 2AA Norfolk Country House Hotel is looking for a talentedand hardworking Jnr Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team to uphold the already existing high standards within this property.
The hotel is set within 25+ acres of glorious parkland and extensive gardens with elegant, luxurious,modern facilities but still with traditional hospitality.
This stunning 2 AA rosette properties philosophy is based on the premise that taste is everything and simplicity is the key.

The talented kitchen team create delicious dishes with complex flavours, but never at the expense of using fresh, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.They also have their own herb garden, orchard and a kitchen garden that supplies restaurant table with a variety of seasonal vegetables and salads.

Qualifications/ Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene.

Applicants should have worked at least at Snr CDP level in a rosette accredited establishment.
