This Luxurious Hotel & Rosette Restaurant set within stunning North Yorkshire surroundings is looking for a creative andtalented Pastry Chef de Partie to join their professional kitchenteam to maintain high standards.
As a Pastry Chef de Partie you willprepare and present delicious dishes for customers and guests, so it is desirable that you will have the relevant NVQ qualifications or equivalent.

Previous experience necessary within a high end hotel, and enthusiasm & passion for the industry and your career is essential.
From large-scale conferences and events to inspired mini-desserts for afternoon tea both classic and contemporary, this is a great opportunity for a motivated and passionate Pastry Chef.
For this Pastry Chef de Partie you must have:

? NVQ Level 1 and 2 or equivalent, or NVQ 3
? Good written and spoken English
? A flexible attitude
? Passion and enthusiasm
? Previous supervisory experience
? Good communication skills
? Good Team Player
