Technical Support Engineer

Technical Support Engineer - 1st Line Support Engineer - 2nd Line Support Engineer - Service Desk Engineer


Due to my clients growth they are looking to expand their team and require a Technical Support Engineer to be based at their location in Surrey.


Responsibilities:




  • Provide 1st & 2nd line support for the companies software-based products




  • Surveys of customer sites to determine hardware & software requirements for both monitoring and control applications




  • Procure hardware & software and other third-party services as required and supervise installation of hardware services.
