MEP Revit / CAD Engineer

Revit MEP /CAD Engineer - Canterbury, Kent

Salary is negotiable.

Our client specialises in Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health engineering services and is based just outside of Canterbury with projects in many areas of the construction industry.

They are now looking for a Revit MEP / CAD Engineer to join their successful team.

Duties will be to assist the Drawing Office & Design Managers with large projects, along with day to day drawing work on smaller projects using both Revit MEP and AutoCAD.

The successful candidate will be working on many various MEP Projects, from the design stages all the way through to installed handover, all in a busy, fast paced building services environment.

Applicants must have experience in Revit MEP & Fabrication Software, Navisworks Manage, AutoCad MEP, MS Office products and above all be able to produce fully co-ordinated working drawings to a high standard of presentation for installation purposes.

To be considered for this opportunity applicants must have experience of Building Services co-ordination for a minimum of 3 years.

Applicants must:-

Be able to work as part of a team, communicate well with other members of the design & drawing teams and be able to work to deadline.

Flexibility is key to the role.

Be able to work with information provided, as well as interrogating specifications, schedules & technical submittals of their own accord.

Be able to work with project standards, company standards & assist the drawing office & design managers with actively developing standards as the industry evolves.

The successful applicant will have a professional approach, be well mannered, presentable and articulate.

Applicants must have their own transport.
