The Role:

Our client are looking for an impressive Paid Media Manager to join their delivery team and make a real impact on the advertising offering.

As a Paid Media Manager your responsibilities include strategy, planning and exceptional delivery of all digital campaigns for existing clients.

Your expertise will be required for shaping pitches for new business.

You will initially manage a small team of experts and will report directly to the head of delivery.

Essential Skills & Requirements

High-level working knowledge of biddable media and key partner platforms Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram,Twitter is mandatory

Understanding of wider digital advertising including digital TV and audio

Experience in developing and delivering successful campaigns across:

Paid search

Paid social (all platforms)

Programmatic Display

Implementation of tracking and setup of landing/splash pages

Strong communication - working closely with account managers at key partners

Detailed understanding and experience of relevant supporting technologies including the Google Advertising Suite (GA, Data Studio, tag manager, Google Ads)

Proven record of success in delivery including:

Strategic planning

Development and optimisation of campaigns ensuring they hit KPIs and are delivered on time and on budget

Forecasting and projections both on client results and for internal planning

It would be helpful, not essential to have a good understanding of technical SEO and impacts between paid and organic

Proven track record managing a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and ext
