Spare Parts Support Administrator - Inventory Support Admin

Spare Parts Support Administrator - Parts Inventory Support Administrator - Supply Chain Support Administrator - Component Demand Stock Support Administrator - Control Materials Support Administrator sought for initial 8-month contract / temporary assignment based in West Sussex office of my International Hi-Tech Manufacturing client.

This calls for Strong PC skills, especially Outlook, Excel, Access, Power-BI being an advantage, with the ability to perform basic data analysis e.g.

extracting data and applying pivot tables.

You also need proven experience of a ERP package, BAAN would be an advantage together with good administration and organisation skills.



I am seeking an experienced Spare Parts Support Administrator - Parts Inventory Support Administrator - Supply Chain Support Administrator - Component Demand Support Administrator - Stock Control Materials Support Administrator who has worked for a large manufacturing, production, distribution or logistics company - ideally in a multi-sited international environment covering the Hi-Tech / Electronic Component sector.

n Your primary responsibility will be providing strong, professional and compliant administrative and operations support my client's hi tech repair business including but not limited to:




  • Administration of Repairs Business together with Processing and tracking of part repairs




  • Coordination of planned delivery dates and preparation of order acknowledgements




  • Communications between customer, Company Departments and appropriate freight forwarders




  • Reviewing and Submission of Repairs business policies and procedures




  • Supporting other repair works administrative tasks within Europe when required





As a Spare Parts Support Administrator, you must be able to demonstrate:




  • Strong numeracy and organisation skills




  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records




  • Good time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines




  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.




  • Good interpersonal skills - Should be a flexible team player, proactive and have the ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic environment.




  • Self-motivated & resilient with the capacity to work under pressure




  • An understanding of compliance, continuous improvement and excellent customer service is critical




  • Commercial/ Logistics and Spare parts inventory and demand management




  • awareness is desirable.




  • Experience of working in an international organisation and awareness of cultural differences




  • Previous Technical background is an advantage.





This Spare Parts Support Administrator - Parts Inventory Support Administrator - Supply Chain Support Administrator - Component Demand Support Administrator - Stock Control Materials Support Administrator initial 8-month contract / temporary assignment is all signed off and ready for the right candidates.
