Learning & Development Coordinator - Uxbridge

Salary £30,000+

Initially a 3 Month Temporary Contract with the potential to extend.

My client in Uxbridge is looking for a temporary Learning & Development Co-ordinator, initially 3 months but could be longer.

Must have previous experience, strong admin skills and strong Excel skills.

You will be working from home due to Covid but must live close to Uxbridge in case they go back into the office.

The L&D Coordinator reports into the L&D Manager.

He/she is responsible for scheduling training sessions across the business, virtual classrooms and face to face events as well as working on the day to day administration of the L&D function.

He/she will work within the Human Resources team, who are dedicated to supporting the developing EMEA business.


? Administrative tasks including booking venues/hotels, L&D schedules, travel and expenses
? Coordination between L&D and managers regarding trainees & resources
? Day to day administration of Learning Management System (LMS); including E-Learning modules and generating reports on a timely basis
? Ensuring training systems are updated in a timely manner when processing training information
? Supporting Learning & Development team with development and update of training materials
? Supporting and testing of new materials/modules on Learning Management System (LMS)
? Booking external venues, liaising with travel provider to arrange travel for Trainers and attendees
? Booking internal rooms and setting up internal training
? Preparing all training materials (e.g.

handouts, pre and post training materials & PowerPoint slides)
? Preparing course evaluations, evaluation reporting and co-ordinating course content updates
? Liaising and engaging with new starters and arranging inductions in our support offices
? Maintaining all training records
? Monitoring and responding to Learning & D
