Salary - £38,605 - £42,509 + Pension + Healthcare + Life Assurance + Free Car Parking + Other benefits

Our client is heading into a period of growth having outlined its ambitious five-year plan.

They are building a resilient and skilled team to deliver that plan across the Business Support department.

You could take a place in that team as a Governance Manager in the Governance Department.

The Role

This is an opportunity to join the expanding Governance team and provide the charity, and its management, with independent assurance that operational and business support functions work effectively and continually progress towards the provision of outstanding services.

As a Governance Manager you will:

Lead and manage the Governance team of Care Practice Assessors and Auditors, Independent Visitors, and the departmental Administrator

Be highly organised, able to work independently, and communicate effectively with managers and teams across the organisation

Raise standards across all departments and services ultimately ensuring the care, education, and support provided to the companies Service Users is outstanding

Provide meaningful information to the companies Trustees, and the organisation's Leadership Team, allowing them to effectively manage the charity's functions

Ensuring assessments of staff capability and development completed within the context of NVQ, or other training received, are robu
