Sous Chef - Pitlochry, Perthshire

£13/hr - 45hrs + per week

My client is on the look for a passionate and humble SOUS CHEF who would look to slip in seamlessly into this boutique hotel and music venue in Perthshire.

This is a long term permanent role and my client is looking for someone who would be happy to relocate.

In the aftermath of the COVID 19 my client is looking for a chef who can come in and adapt to the ever changing needs in which they find themselves.

Although this property has a small number of rooms, this multi award winning family run business can produce up to 400 meals per day through breakfast, lunch and dinner.

This property offers traditional dishes as well as those with a twist, all cooked to exceptionally high standards.

They also offer a wide range of beers and ales.

? The ability to run the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef

? A history of working with fresh food
? A professional chef who will be proud of every dish that is produced from kitchen.
? A sous chef who can be flexible given the nature of the times we now live in.

You may well be:

? An experienced Junior Sous Chef looking to take that next step with the safety of a Head Chef above you.
? A highly capable Senior Chef de Partie who has a solid chunk of their working history in a fresh food environment.
