Black Country Women's Aid (BCWA) is an established charity working across the Black Country and wider West Midlands providing accommodation and community support services to victims of domestic abuse, sexual abuse and human trafficking.

Services range from advocacy, civil remedies, support in court, individual and group support and access to a range of therapeutic interventions.

All services are client and needs led.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our growing and successful organisation within our Sexual Violence Abuse Team.

Job title: CSA ISVA (Adult Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse Independent Sexual Violence Advocate)
Positions available: 1 full time position
Starting salary: £22,934.

We are looking for a qualified CSA ISVA to join the Sexual Violence Abuse team based across the Black Country

The successful candidate will be working with and supporting adult survivors (18+) of childhood sexual abuse.

BCWA are looking for someone who has experience of working with children, young people and adult victims/survivors of sexual violence and sexual abuse, offering one to one emotional and practical support.

We are looking for a qualified ISVA, however, will provide training and support for the right candidate.

You will be required to provide a high-quality frontline service to victims of historic sexual violence and sexual abuse.

You will be working within a multi-agency framework consisting of Local Authorities, the SARC, Police, NHS (to include Mental Health Services), the Criminal Justice System, Social Care and local non-statutory partnership responses to CSA.
