Quality and Compliance Manager- Maidenhead

Salary: £40,677per annum DOE

Hours: 37.5 per week

The Company

Our established client are a CAMHs leading Adolescents Hospital for Children based in Maidenhead are looking for a registered healthcare professional or other science/healthcare degree holder with professional experience within mental health inpatients, understanding of quality improvement and good IT/analytical/written skills for the production of reports and audits to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

As a Quality and Compliance Manager you will lead our Clinical Governance in conjunction with the Medical Director and Head of Nursing and Quality.

You will manage, support and lead the sites Quality Improvement Agenda and promote a culture of innovative best practice and learning


? Management of complaints and incidents including Root Cause Analysis across the site
? Support nursing and care staff to improve practice to ensure that patients receive care that is safe, effective, responsive, caring and well led
? Manage a team including mental health act administration, complaints/incident/SUI management, CPA coordinator, E-roster Coordinator, Quality and Compliance administrator, PRICE instructors
? Contract Compliance periodic reporting (monthly to NHSE) including SI, Complaints and Safeguarding reports as well as ensuring relevant sites are following the Duty of Candour process and submission of an appropriate declaration
? Quality Reports weekly/monthly
? Responsibility to maintain continuous professional development in order to meet requirements of professional registration
? To be familiar and comply with the Service Business Continuity Plan in case of an emergency
? Be aware of and adhere to all policies and procedures, the Health & Safety at Work Act and the Data Protection Act
? Maintain confidentiality at all times
? Adhere to information governance policy and procedures at all times
