IT Support Analyst - IT Service Desk Analyst - IT Helpdesk - 1st /2nd Line Technical Support - IT Service Analyst - IT Technical Support - Sevenoaks, Kent paying up to £28,500 per annum + benefits.


I am seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst - IT Service Desk Analyst - IT Helpdesk - 1st /2nd Line Technical Support - IT Service Analyst or IT Technical Support person with good Ms Windows & Ms Office (work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) experience to undertake 1st & 2nd Line support work within an ITIL environment.

This is a varied role will also cover Cisco networking and Avaya IP telephony.

The work will be 8.45am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday and post COVID be based in Sevenoaks.

This permanent role will mainly focus on telephone and remote access based support work together with some onsite Deskside Support duties plus occasional work at their London offices.


This role would suit an outgoing IT Support Analyst - IT Service Desk Analyst - IT Helpdesk - 1st /2nd Line Technical Support - IT Service Analyst or IT Technical Support person who is used to problem solving both Desktop and Applications plus with supporting networking and IP telephony.

The role calls for excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with staff at all levels together with some external VIP customers.

The role also calls for someone with initiative and drive together with a pro-active approach to problem solving who can work well under press within a fast paced SLA environment.


The starting salary for this position based in Sevenoaks, Kent is between £25,000 and £28,500 per annum + Excellent Company Benefits.
