The company:

My client provides audio visual and Video Conferencing products to the health sector.

They supply, Install, configure and maintain a wide range of video conferencing equipment and services often integrated with complex audio visual hardware.



They also have extensive experience and capabilities in delivering specialist hardware support services and managed services.



Supplying a wide range of Public and Private sector customers their product is used to deliver video conferencing based tele-consulting services for health sector organisations.



The Role:

I am looking for an ambitious Business Development Sales Manager to join a successful sales team that focusses on new business development selling a SaaS video conferencing product in the health sector.

The role will involve managing a team of remote based business development salespeople while also personally conducting direct selling activities.

You will be responsible for Training, coaching, motivating and supporting salespeople; sourcing and developing new business opportunities; developing and managing relationships; delivering client presentations; development and execution of sales strategies and achieving a volume and revenue-based sales target.

You will have 3 years demonstrable successful SaaS solutions sales experience, ideally including selling onto the NHS / Private Health Sector Industry and 2 years experience In Sales Management

Ideally from a technology background / technically confident using MS Office suite, including Dynamics.
