They are suppliers to modular builders, and the business create innovative and sustainable portable school buildings, temporary school buildings, portable classrooms, pre fabricated buildings, modular accommodation, storage containers, steel buildings, metal sheds, portable school building, school building, adroit modular buildings, mobile building, sheds, mobile offices, relocatable buildings, buildings for schools, colleges, and universities.

The Role

The Job Holder will primarily assist the Technical and Production Teams by co-ordinating Mechanical and Electrical information/stock, produce Steel Estimates and assist with PQQs.

The Job Holder will have specific M&E knowledge and skills.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Produce "material take offs" for electrical and mechanical items from production drawings.

Liaise with the Production Team regarding all M&E requirements

Provide pricing and quotations on enquiries.

Liaise with the Sales Team and Directors regarding enquiries.

Conduct M&E stock takes and produce monthly stock lists.

Raise orders for monthly M&E requirements.

Raise orders for specific or bespoke products as required.

Assist Estimator/PQQ Administrator with PQQ Administration.

Where required attend design/production meetings to ascertain client requirements and provide advice accordingly.

Carry out research and provide advice on m
