HR Advisor - Generalist -York

Monday to Friday, Full time, office based role, with the flexibility to work from home

We have an exciting new HR Advisor role that has been created to work for Yorkshire's large independent firm of chartered accountants, auditors and advisors.



Our client provides a full range of specialist services with experienced expert advisors covering a wide spectrum of sectors.

We are looking to recruit for a HR Advisor to work in our clients York office with the flexibility to work from home.

They need someone who will provide HR generalist advice, guidance, support and coaching to the staff and managers.

You will process HR information and manage the HR systems, performing various HR and data processing tasks.

This role will work within a small team and you will be reporting to the HR Manager.



What we are looking for:

? You will be confident and presentable.


? Minimum of 2 years HR Administrator/Assistant experience
? Excel savvy, able to process and manage 60+ apprentices, process and prepare information for outsourced payroll, process expenses, miscellaneous payments and overtime for staff.


? Project work including re-vamping the on boarding for a new starters/ induction process
? Recruitment and selection
? Assist with Appraisals, Performance Management, Engagement projects.
? Managing and assisting with case work for time keeping, sickness absence, poor performance.

Assisting with investigations, Disciplinary and Grievances.
? Maintain employee files
? Desirable to have HR software experience of 'Natural'.

But not necessary as training will be provided.
? All other general HR work.


Competencies:

? 5 GCSE's or equivalent including maths and English
